Solar & Battery Installers

Marketing for Solar Installers.

Your own solar and battery enquiries, not shared leads. We help solar companies and battery installers build consistent lead flow through SEO, Google Ads and CRO.

The Challenge

Relying on bought and shared leads.

Many solar companies rely on comparison sites, which charge for every lead and share each one with up to three installers. You end up competing on price before you've spoken to the homeowner.

The rules are also tightening. In July 2026 the ACCC reported that some small solar businesses said up to 80% of their sales came from unsolicited selling, and it recommended bringing lead generation explicitly under those rules.

The problem with most digital marketing for solar installers

Most agencies treat solar like any other product. They don't keep up with rebate changes, accreditation rules or the advertising risks that come with them, and that can cost installers money and reputation.

How We Help

Marketing built around the systems you want to sell.

We manage Google Ads, SEO and website improvements for solar and battery businesses, with every enquiry tracked through to installed systems.

Google Ads for Solar Companies

Campaigns built around the solar and battery systems you want to sell, kept accurate as rebates change and managed every month.

SEO for Solar Installers

Better visibility for the questions solar buyers research and the areas you install in, so more of them find you directly.

Local & Regional Visibility

A stronger presence in Google Maps and local search results across your service area.

Enquiry-Focused CRO

Website improvements that earn a buyer's trust and turn more research into quote requests.

Call & Enquiry Tracking

Every enquiry tracked back to its source, so you can compare your own leads with what comparison sites cost.

Monthly Reporting

A plain-English monthly report on enquiries, cost per lead and what we're changing next.

Buyer Search Behaviour

How solar and battery customers search.

Solar buyers research for weeks before they request a quote. They search for rebates, battery sizes, payback and feed-in tariffs, and they read reviews before shortlisting installers. Many end up on comparison sites simply because those sites answer the questions first.

Searches for home batteries and rebates rise every time the rules change. Commercial buyers search differently again, focusing on payback, finance and an installer's track record with larger solar panel systems.

Industry Insight

What's shaping solar work right now.

Battery rebate step-downs

The federal Cheaper Home Batteries rebate steps down on 1 January and 1 July each year until 2030, with the next reduction on 1 January 2027. It's based on installation date, not contract date.

Installer accreditation has moved

Solar Accreditation Australia, not the Clean Energy Council, has accredited installers since February 2024. Plenty of solar websites still say "CEC accredited installer", and careful buyers notice.

Rebate advertising is being watched

The Clean Energy Regulator and the ACCC have warned retailers about misleading conduct around rebates. One business paid a $1 million penalty over Google Ads that implied a government link.

We plan your marketing around changes like these and keep every claim accurate.

Not straight away. Keep them while your own lead flow builds, then compare the cost per installed system once tracking is in place. The numbers should decide that for your business.
